We are committed to processing orders quickly and efficiently. 99% of all orders leave our warehouse the same day. To ensure your delivery request, we offer Next Day, 2nd Day, Saturday Delivery and our standard “Express-Saver” 3 day service. International shipping services are also available.
Credit Terms
For customers with approved credit, terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice. A 1 1/2% per month service charge will apply to all overdue invoices. All shipments are FOB origin and routed by Federal Express or Motor Freight. Transportation charges are prepaid and added back to invoices.

CALL OR EMAIL US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! Carefully package the product and mark the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label & Return Authorization Form and all other correspondences. Indicate date of purchase, invoice number and reason for return. Freight on returned goods shall be prepaid by the customer. Products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. NO RETURNS will be accepted without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
DOA: Product that fails within 30 days of sale to end user. To obtain credit, customers must contact our Sales Department to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by calling 800-293-3003.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Product that fails after 30 days will be REPAIRED or REPLACED under warranty. No credit will be issued. Customers must contact our Sales Department to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER by calling 800-293-3003.
Restocking Fee
Items returned 30 days after the invoice date are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Non-returnable Merchandise
“Specialty or Non-Stocked” products, orders 60 days past invoice date, expired shelf life products and items in non-resalable condition, are non-returnable.
