Some IAQ investigators collect samples from cavities behind walls by drilling ¼” holes, inserting inner wall samplers attached to a BioSIS sampler and pulling 15L per minute for 0.5-2 minutes.
The resulting samples may indicate inner wall fungal contamination within a cavity.
